CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS **3.1 Cancellation by Participant** - More than 48 Hours before program start: Full refund minus $15 administration fee - Less Than 48 Hours before program start: 50% refund - Less than 24 Hours before program start: No refund - Medical exemptions with appropriate documentation may be considered **3.2 Cancellation by The Netball Co.** - Full refunds provided if programs are cancelled due to insufficient numbers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances - Alternative dates or venues will be offered where possible **3.3 Transfer Policy** - Bookings may be transferred between participants or programs subject to availability - Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original program date See more in the terms and conditions.
